RTOD (random topic of the day)

Today's RTOD is.. the Hexagonal Francisco!

Proposed by Andrew Nathenson (ColorfulPockets) and Henry Helmuth, this was a method a variant of the Triangular Francisco which was proposed back in 2009.

The steps in a nutshell are, 1x2x3 block + a corner in DFL slot, E Layer, CLS/CSO, L6E, then PLL
